How to make Wisteria Bloom (not clickbait)

I have watched many videos on the correct way to make these flowers bloom in the spring. The easiest way for me requires the least effort.

Thank you for sharing. Many sources say that they need high phosphorus fertilizers but I gave mine some of that this year and it did not bloom. I’m curious why.

I've cut it twice a year and no blooms. Once after spring and overflowing and then in late fall because it grows so much and is overflowing. Hardly any blooms. Why?
