Actually, UKVI got paid customer support for any query related to UK Visa. The only way you can enquire and they'll respond in 5 working days. However, they'll respond in a day or two. Please don't waste time trying to reach VFS Global, they're just a visa application processing center and have no control over visa updates from UKVI till the visa decision is made. Hope this helps.

VFS global is providing such substandard service given it’s such a big global platform. A regular support service at least should be there to give you answers.

I got a mail statin that there was an error concerning my visa and now I got a mail from the student Sheffield amendment team stating that it has been corrected and dispatched, I want to know how long will the VFS take to dispatch the passport, and I tried using the GWF number to track on bluedart, but nothing is showing up on the screen

Hi Brother, Thank you so much for helping others with your videos. I applied for a UK skilled worker visa on 11th May 2022 at VFS Hyderabad. I am the Main applicant and my dependents also will travel later point in time. I attended along with my dependents (wife, kid) for a visa appointment and provided fingerprints and photographs on the same day. Today my dependents got visas through blue dart courier but I have not received any update on my application. They were getting each and every update about their application through SMS but I did not receive it. I tried checking the status on the blue dart courier portal but nothing is showing there. What could be the reason for approving dependents'' visas before the main applicant?
