it show error when i try to import it in spyder but doesnt show error in idle why????

when iam trying to install pip install it shows you must give at least one requirment to install what will i do

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm trying to install pymssql (not pymysql) using this same process. It says that it's installed already, but when I go into PyCharm, it says that there is no such module
