Predicting Everton to finish 17th is very harsh. Last season they finished 12th (without the points deduction), are you seriously expecting a 5 place slump after losing 1 midfielder who doesn't even make it into the first choice XI?

Don’t sleep on Liverpool. I think too many people are thinking they are going to drop off bc of losing Klopp. Arne is a very good hands on coach. I think people continue to spew this idea that VVD has dropped off (the advance metrics disagree greatly on that) They have great players, they have great youth players that will be brought in.
I also don’t think UCL football is a factor for Aston Villa. They played conference league last season and handled the schedule perfectly fine. Great signings as well. I think top 4 is still good for them. Bournemouth I think is sneaky good this year. I think they can finish top 10.

8 months later let’s revisit what I wrote:

Considering the gap between Liverpool city and arsenal compared to everyone else last season, Liverpool finishing behind united makes no sense.

as a utd fan, im happy to see people are still respecting us even after last season, but im gonna have to disagree with your prediction and instead say that i believe utd will finish 5th or 6th, simply because our transfer window hasnt been anywhere near as good as it was heading after we signed yoro and zirkzee, we still need de ligt, ugarte, mazraoui, another midfielder, a left back and potentially another centre back + we need to hurry up with our sales of players like casemiro and sancho

everton one was a very odd call imo but im biased - we got lindstrom and o brien, and ndiaye and onana was awful for us anyway. everton last year would have been 12th ish without points deduction last year, and we have a better squad this year - if we get another full back for depth my prediction is everton finish 10th (calvert lewin is terrible but we have chermiti so its fine)
