It’s killing our small business.. we have had to hike prices up which is driving customers away..

But hey don’t worry the big grocery chains and gas companies are making record profits while everyone else suffers.

Gas prices have a long way to go to be down.

Shopped yesterday. Crazy prices. Didn't buy many groceries. Didn't fill up my gas tank either. Try to use it up before a major investment. It is lower, but not as low as in January!!!

Don't worry, inflation will pick up again soon enough.

Situation by design. Inflation rises 10% then another 5% then drops 5%. Still have 10% inflation

Where are people doing their groceries? I haven’t noticed much of an increase in prices at all. Stores like Whole Foods and Urban Fare have always been more expensive. And technically it’s the manufacturers of the products who are increasing their prices resulting in stores having to pay more for them which results in slight increases for shoppers, to combat this increase from manufacturers, stores usually buy in huge quantities at wholesale prices to keep prices a bit lower for shoppers. The stores that don’t have that buying power are the ones that have slightly higher increases in prices than other bigger chains.
