Great video, I'm thinking if buying and importing from America to the UK a 1949 Plynouth Business Couoe and upgrading the engine. This is a useful video. But may I suggest inverting the video as I cab tell the recording is inverted in reverse and the logo on the screen shows this. The word unstick is in reverse, and the video can be inverted so it shows up.

Hello Chris, I just stumbled across your video. Question for you mate, so lets say that I bough a property in Spain and applied for planning permission to build a big barn to store say about 10 cars, but not drive the cars in Spain. Would i still need to register them and pay all of the taxes etc ?

Hi Chris,

We are relocating to Spain from the uk next year. My wife is German and that’s the residency route we are taking.

We will be travelling over with our 1991 Hymer Motorhome and our 19 plate Mercedes. We have owned both over 6 months and been in the uk for over a year. Will we have to put the hymer on historic and will we have to pay any taxes on either as it’s a relocation.

Hi Chris
Thanks for the info
So just to be clear, if I become a resident I will NOT pay 43% tax but it will take up to 6 months to register the vehicle . Is that correct ?
Would it be easier if the car is with EU registration, say Bulgarian . I am Bulgarian
Many thanks
Steve
