TwinCAT 3 HMI Tutorial User Control example

I created a customer user control. It is a circular 3D LED light. The problem I am having is that when I place the user control on the screen and resize it, the content within the LED control does not resize. How can I fix this?

Hello and thank you very much for your video! I`d like to build a UserControl (a button, just as in the video) to switch pages and to highlight the button of the currently active page. I would like not to use a function. Is there a way to do this? I cannot get it work, I've tried several aproaches.
