I had the chance to wear @ironwarriorcosplay at UK Games Expo and I loved every second of it. I was fortunate as well to wear a Khârn suit too by @exetercosplay.

Man your energy is just so contagious, Dave. Besides the hobby content, the most recent "meta" stuff really hits home with me.

I must admit, Dave's infectious chaotic energy is quite possibly my favorite thing to witness on this channel. His passion for the franchise that is 40k is abundant.

I've been a somewhat regular attendee at FanExpo in Toronto for the past 10yrs and have seen so many 40K cosplays. It's a true joy to find someone who spent so much time and love into making those costumes.
Harlequins, Inquisitors, Navigators, Sororitas, Guardsmen, Ork boyz and Big Meks, and of course Astartes. All ranging in skill from simple green bodypaint, to 'my parents made it for me', to professionally made. All awesome.

It was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to ride the chaos wave with you at UKGE Dave! And I'm glad you like the video, I'm glad it came out well and I'm glad we get to share these amazing cosplayers with the wider community!

Back in 2019 I put 240+ hours into making a full size Iron Man suit. Then in 2021 I put together a set of Mandalorian armor. I love just putting it on and going grocery shopping, picking my kids up from their activities, or going on a date with my wife. I haven't figured out what my next big cosplay will be, but one day I want a full-size space marine armor set.

I filmed your walk past at UKGE. I totally recognised you and I don’t even play warhammer! But I’ve watched your videos and I really love your passion for gaming. It’s inspiring. It was really great to see you enjoying yourself 🙏🏻

I’ve bumped into Dyfrig at a few conventions and FLGS and he’s a lovely guy! Always impressive to see his work!

I’ve commissioned a T’au pathfinder costume so I’ll be sure to tag you when I get around to wearing it!

I sincerely always tought that cosplaying was kinda silly, yeah they are cool when you see them at conventions and all but I never took them seriously.
However I completely changed my mind about that last year: in Italy the biggest nerd convention by far is Lucca comics and games and I go there every year since it's not very far from where I live, basically the whole city of Lucca (which is famous for being surrounded and totally enclosed by huge walls) gets filled, and I mean filled, with everything you can think of: board games, comics, anime, cosplay, video games, movies literally anything.
Last year me and my friend wanted to make some theme costumes to wear all together but the project failed, at that point I wanted to have still a cool costume for me, so I went for it and in a month I made a complete techpriest costume that I wore and it was so much fun and rewarding: the moment children that knew nothing about 40k asked me to take photos I knew that my work was not just time I spent enjoying myself and that I always has been wrong about cosplaying.
Now I'm really really waiting to wear that dress again in October for this year edition (I might improve some part of the dress like the voice changer and the glove on my hand).
I would not like to spam my IG account, but if you really really want to see the photos I took let me know :)

That necron one is amazing! They made the limbs look so thin like the skeleton body type of a necron. Amazing 😍
