Leadership Lessons from Ted Lasso with John Brubaker

Today, I’m joined by a long-time friend of the show, John Brubaker, aka Coach Bru, and we're talking about the Leadership Lessons from Ted Lasso. Coach Bru is a former college lacrosse coach, keynote speaker, award-winning author, and executive coach known for his unique approach to performance enhancement. He’s the guy who helped me get the Deep Leadership podcast started, and he wrote the foreword to my first bestselling book, I Have the Watch. Coach Bru has a new book called The Lasso Way, where he unpacks leadership lessons from the world’s greatest fictional football coach, Ted Lasso.
