Unfortunately, my Premiere does not remember that I have set the default language for transcribing in the settings to German. It's so frustrating having to keep re-selecting that. I really use this subtitle feature a lot and am very thankful that it exists.

One criticism I have after watching ten or so of your videos is that the audio is full of pops and clicks, this is a really really easy fix (I’m sure you know how) maybe pay a little closer attention to that in future videos.

I had trouble enabling auto-transcribe because preferences weren't in the section you showed us. I was able to find it by going to Adobe Premiere Pro > Settings > Transcription
