Khus sharbat is a green-colored concoction of khus syrup and water and is prepared using khus essence, sugar, water. The green color comes from the khus essence, which is thick syrup made from the roots of khus grass (vetiver grass). Vetiver is an age-old cooling remedy that can help you to battle heat stroke to a significant extent. This heavenly summer cooler not only helps in quenching thirst but also provides with a lot of health benefits.

Khus Drink Ingredients:
For First One
3 tbsp Khus Syrup
1 tsp Lime Juice
Ice Cubes
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 cup Soda
2 tbsp Basil Seeds (soaked)
For the Second One
3 tbsp Khus Syrup
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
Ice Cubes
Soft Drink
Method: Let's start with making the First one for Which add Khus Syrup in the Grinder with Lime Juice, Ice Cubes, Black Salt now blend it together then add Soda and blend it again. Now add Basil Seeds (soaked) in the glass with khus mix added later. Now add Soda in the glass and your first type of Khus Sharbat is ready to serve.
Now for the Second one first, add Khus Syrup, Vanilla Ice Cream, Ice Cubes blend it together, pour the same into the glass and add in the Sprite and your second Khus drink is ready to serve.
