Have you found yourself locked out of your Facebook account because you can't remember your password? Don't worry! I will show you best way to encounter this issue.

Open your Chrome browser and go to settings.
Click on "Password Manager" and scroll down to find "Facebook" from the list. Hopefully, you'll be able to view your password there.

Open Facebook and go to the menu.
Scroll down to find "Settings" and click on "Password and Security."
Scroll down and find the option "Change Password," then select your profile
If you don't have any associated phone number or email and you are not logged in, then there's only one way to recover your password. You need to verify your identity by uploading your ID. This process is complicated, so I have uploaded a video on this topic.
