I don't know who's the technician that recorded this audio, but there's a wild amount of noise going on. This is really not a good way to advertise a product that is supposed to be have its selling point in how good it sounds.
I'm really surprised that a video like this managed to pass the company's several stages of validation that lead to an upload on YT.
I guess the underpaid intern, who's been squeezed to death all summer long, striked when least expected.

There is so much noise picked up in the room from him hitting the strings, that all of these sound awful.
But it's especially notable on the clean setting, where we hear more room than amp.

I see people griping about the audio in the comments. We don’t want a technician to clean things up too much because it’s not what you’re going to hear when you get the thing home.🤷‍♂️
