Bro I have a undergrown pigeon, he can't do fly by own but I have to grab him and then free him in air which makes him to fly do good landing. How can I make him to start taking off by own and fly by own and land anywhere he want?

In 🇵🇭 when I was a kid I pluck some feathers and if they grow back thats the sign they will come home to you even you bought it from other breeders
