Its edited, so to not spoil the fun for us the viewer. He utilizes slight of hand on the unsuspecting victims, which they dont pick up on cause they dont expect they are on a hidden cam magic show, unlike us who of course already know. That's why the trickery is edited out, not because its staged or paid actors. Plus, we get the cameras' point of view, so we would see things (that spoil the trick) the victims eyeballs wouldnt see.
