My Picks for the Top 10 Monsters I would take from the Nat 5 Monster Summon Event. You can pick a unit that will potentially help your PvE but all PvE can be done with F2P monsters. How about picking things that can potentially help you in early game PvP farming?

Side Tips:
1) Don't pick anything right now because you can literally summon that monster in the next scroll, pick at the end of the event unless you have been having wet dream about that monster for 9 years (Leo for example) then you do you.
2) When asking who to pick in Discord/Reddit/..., tell people what you like to play and what you have or what team you want to build so people can suggest better.
3) It's ok to pick something "off-meta" because you really like how that unit perform or you like that niche ability or whatever. Have fun. You don't have to pick Oliver or whatever supposedly SSS Tier unit.

Leo appeared as the first mon I could get from the event ! Never had one in 8 years of playing.
Really tempted to take it now, but it's better to wait for the end of the event obviously... I could also have Seara pop up by then haha

One major problem Summoners War has is that everyone refers to champs by their post-awakening name. On top of that, I hear a name of a champ, see its element, look at the champ ... and they are in some skin, making it difficult to know who they are. Say the awakened name, fine, but PLEASE also say their "normal" name too. Just for us newbies. Please and thank you!

For me Bolverk is also a must have if you do ToA hell ; before having him I just go to the devilmon (10*) with a CC team and it was pretty hard, now with Bolverk I got the 20* and it's a LD scroll and a big LD scroll every month, huge buff for my account, and making rune in the team with Bolverk is easier then the CC team.

If you like to try ToA hell but you don't have Bolverk, having Jamire is also really good for a CC team or a cleave CC if you have the rune do to it.

I got bastet on the first day of the event and picked her inmidiately. Ever since 2017 she never came to my account. She and Savannah were my objectives on this event, but got savannah too from the stone rotation last week.

I have all the units seanb recommended so i dont regret a thing

The moment i see Nora in the event, im becoming faster than Flash to pick her. But i support the tip of holding, unless you have something very specific that you haven been looking for a long time or its not a good dupe unit and you can wait just in case.

Leo really helped me with those annoying (to me at least) Speed stages of Labyrinth. Back when I first pulled him I was not lucky whatsoever with speed rolls so was difficult for me to get my whole team to out speed the enemies and they would all focus 1 of my units, but since npc enemies don’t actually have any runes Leo slowing them down guarantees my whole team moves first even with craptastic runes. I went from avoiding Speed stages at all cost to winning 100% of the time and picking them any chance I could get.

I don't do any Arena or World Arena, so I would have put Verad as my #1 recommended.
HoH, Toa/ToaH and Lab is still annoying to do after all these years, and Verad makes any team so much safer.
You can even rune him as a nuker if you want.
