JAWA 350/632 kick start

The type 350/638 was temporarily replaced by the Jawa 350/632 in late 1984. The first series of 638 engines suffered from a high failure rate, and the 638 was replaced in production by the 632, which featured the proven 634 engine, but modified to use a 12V PAL alternator. Jawa 350 type 632 had a reduced engine power to 14.7 kW at 5250 rpm due to noise standards. After the problems with the serial production of the 638 engine were resolved, the Jawa 638 was produced in parallel with the 632
