Dude that's awesome! Great job. I'm a big LeverGear Edge fan too. I have three of these little kits set up in addition to a meds tube on my keychain. Two bigger kits go in my sling bag, one in my pocket. I use a regular Altoids tin exclusively for first aid items. It goes in a sling bag. I have a little dyneema bag from Wild Sky Gear just a tad larger than the Altoids tin with emergency preparedness items excluding first aid. In my pocket, I always carry a mini Altoids trouble kit with $100 bill, some needle and thread, small microfiber cloth, duct tape, cordage, trick candle, match, tick remover, emergency whistle, Q-tip cut in half, Leatherman Signal knife sharpener, safety pin and a fishing glow stick.

Really like this concept. The multitool and the compressed towel look super useful, actually everything does. Very well thought out survival/EDC tin.

I second the Lever Edge XT tool. I carry it on a daily basis.

Your choices were really interesting, I was like "where's the blade, where's the blade" and there it is, never seen levergear stuff. The poop bag was really a clever solution, tried to edc an ikea ziplock bag but tends to tear easily.

I would suggest getting a rubber USB-A cap to cover the open end of your micro USB drive to prevent getting any dust and dirt in it👍

Nice kit! I always love building Altoid kits but don't find that I use the stuff inside as much as I would if it is in a pouch, I think because I don't want to have to reorganize everything every time. Still, a lot of fun though. Enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing!

I love Altoid EDC kits and keep one in my backpack geared towards personal hygiene and minor first aid. A thought occurred to me though, and I've never seen this with any kit in the online EDC community. Why don't more people recommend or carry a simple book of matches or cheap box of kitchen matches? Seems like a cheap solution for fire and no worries about fuel leakage?

I ended up going with a double altoids tin kit . I could not fit what I considered a full kit in one altoids tin.

Or just get a generic tin from County Comm and skip the candy.
