Personal Calzone (That may not be big enough for two)

1 prepared 14" pizza round
6 oz prepared pizza sauce
6 oz grated Low Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
1 Bunch Basil (roughly chopped)
Any additional Pizza Toppings of your choice.

Prepare your pizza dough as detailed in previous episodes. Brush with olive oil, making sure to keep edges of dough clear for later. Spread thin layer of prepared pizza sauce on one half of dough, then top with mozzarella cheese, basil and any other fillings of your choice.

Fold the other side of the dough over the filling and crimp the edges using a fork and brush top of dough with olive oil. Sprinkle a bit of freshly grated Parmesan over top of dough, then using a knife or bread lame carefully slice a few vents in top of dough. Transfer to a baking sheet that has been brushed with olive oil.

Bake calzone at 475 F until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and chopped basil. Use the remaining pizza sauce to dip the calzone in. Enjoy.

*Important Note: spontaneous calzone sentience and subsequent challenges to a gentleman's duel at dawn are unusual, but not entirely unheard of when baking this dish. For your own personal safety, please do not commit any crime in the vicinity of your calzone. It is not recommended that you accept any of the dish's challenges, nor can the personnel of this YouTube channel be held liable for any injury sustained from foolishly losing a duel to your vigilant Italian cuisine.

This is actually my first time making a calzone, it turned out much better than I was initially expecting. Calzones usually have more filling to them like ricotta and salami and such, but I decided to keep it extremely simple because I simply lacked those ingredients - so the final result looked slightly thin in the middle despite still puffing up nicely. I think I'm personally more of a fan of standard unfolded pizzas, but this dish smelled absolutely *incredible* during the baking process; I definitely recommend you give this one a go!

Fun fact, The "Vigilante" is a dessert where you serve a small cheese and sweet potato jam block with some walnuts/peanuts. (Matching the Vigilante's colours in the game)
