May Allah reward and bless Mrs.Maryam and Nurian. I am in my 20s and this just made me realize so many things in my life that I need to change and improve. Inshallah my goal is strive for excellence in every part of my life as a servant of Allah, as a daughter, a sister, a human being. Indeed Allah said “Allāh will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves”. If we don’t take action to change each and everyday, we will stay stagnant and never reach our full potential. May Allah help us to change for the better inshallah.

I am a Christian, I loooove the wisdom oozing from this woman. Her reels started popping on my fb timelines & I would be intrigued by the words from her mouth… Her stability on God is admirable. I have learnt a lot especially on ego. Oh, & the interviewer was on point! Thank you Mrs Lady for teaching us on marriage, I was in a relationship that went stale, retrospectively, I can see where I went wrong. May God help me in this journey more so in reconnecting with Him.

First things first, I wanna say jazakumullahu khayran for the work our dear, lovely internet mum and her family do 🤍 Secondly, Nurain, next time get a tissue box lol
'Allah blessed me with huge feet', yeah me too! 😅💝

- I love how throughout the video, emphasis was made on taqwa (God consciousness) and intentionality.
- I think we should all implement the litmus test in our lives.
- Imagine having six figures in your account and feeling bankrupt and empty! Subhanallah, we NEED Allah in our lives.
- Oh my! I love, love how highly she speaks of her husband, that part of the video is wholesome and goals, and how she keeps saying 'my husband' and not 'your father'. It's cute!
- 56:37 "Putting in the work and knowing yourself before marriage, so that it is less likely that someone customizes you to suit them". Yupp, because then it is two people growing and working together to achieve shared goals. Overall, a beautiful and educative video with lots of gems. And yass, I subscribed and shared with loved ones. Waiting for more videos inshaa Allah.

“We have to be careful not to fall for our PR”, don’t wait for praise, just become. That is so profound. Every part of this video is enlightening. JazakumuLlahu khairan.

I was more than ready for divorce 3 years or so into marriage when I met both of them, I think it was with Sr Roberts, and your mum said how the first 5-6 years were hell..yet they managed to make things work. That day, I found hope for my own marriage. That was the first time I fell in love with her...may y'all be blessed. And the only du'a I could think of after listening to you guys was _rabbana hablana mina-s-saaliheen_.. may Allah swt accept fom you. Ameen.

Absolutely underrated comment she made - how naïve we are thinking we will change our partner after marriage..and ego..always gets the best of ourselves.
