Running a tech YouTube channel is no easy task, especially when you have to cover things like AMD CPUs, Nvidia GPUs, Computer Cases, Hard Drives, oh yeah, and making custom merch, like screwdrivers and backpacks and running a streaming website, oh yeah, and then I need people to clean the building because I don't have time... and who will help me move? Or build my house? Or find sponsors for me to tell you about? Oh, man... this is getting out of hand.

Purchases made through some store links may provide some compensation to Linus Media Group.

Don't let this video hide the real reason: Linus needed more friends

Love the segment with Ed!

L: “What do you do here?”
Ed: “That’s a good question! I’m just gonna pack my bags because I knew this day was coming…”

Well it's easy.

Everytime Colton is fired, Linus hires someone.

I love how the second Dennis got on screen the plot changed from an informative LTT video to a Channel Super Fun shenanigan

Honestly I love Dennis because no matter how long it’s been he still acts like he just started

The fact that despite LMG being, all things considered a fairly big media company, I have to say I'm so happy that the videos still feel as personal as they did in the past.

04:37 “I spend a lot of time at your house, and watch you naked. 3 times total.” Incredible line 😂

Production value is always fantastic on LTT and its definitely one of those things that goes unnoticed a lot of the time. Love you guys, keep it up!!

23:08 Jake coming in full throttle is finally the kind of "F with the boss" energy I was looking for.

It's crazy how far you have brought the company in such a short time. From a garage to multiple industrial size buildings and still going. Bravo

“I don’t notice the production values of LTT till I go to other channels” is the perfect way to word it. Whenever I get a new audio or display device I know I can load up the latest ltt video to see how I like the device because the quality of the video isn’t ever something I have to worry about.

I like how Andy is basically LTT's "fixer" for China.

I started watching LTT pretty much right after the NCIX era, and i remember how fkn blown away I was with the Whole Room Watercooling-series. Back in thoes days you were 6 people, iirc. This is so freaking cool to see this explotion of a company! Super exited for Labs aswell!

@9:48 about trade law: a company I worked for had someone with 30 years of experience of import export and forgoten more about those kind of things than most people will ever know. Someone in management thought that he was old business and they cut his position and fired him. In a week after he left every last import was stuck in limbo and everyone building the product suddenly had no work. 3 months of nothing coming in because people didn't know how to do trade law stuff they rehired the guy at four times his salary but he only came in two days a week from now on. The Monday after he showed up a dozen semis showed up and they started shipping packages again out the door keeping the business afloat. The people that do import/export stuff can be so valuable.

the days when it was just Linus, Luke, Yvonne, Ed and Brandon feels like two eras ago, it's actually crazy to see the scale up over the last 10 years

9:45 oh my, someone who is actually aware it's their job to read through customs and brokerage stuff. Every place I have ever worked they have completely denied that it should take any time at all and when everyone panics it ends up falling on my lap because I'm the only one who can convince management that this task isn't trivial or can just be rushed and ignored. So proud of you guys!

How have I never realized that Linus is basically Michael Scott if his own company had been the largest paper distributor in the country. I love this channel so much, yall are the best!

The funny thing is I clicked on this video and thought, "meh, 27 minutes of his staff, I won't watch much of this", but oddly Linus is so entertaining and the editors keep the video moving at such a good pace I watched the entire video not even realizing 27 minutes had passed.

As a cinematographer myself, I find myself noticing the camera dept. the most when I watch LTT. Brandon and David are killing it with the lighting and composition.

Man I remember watching like 8 years ago and y’all really have come so far
