I don't feel that intensity as much anymore.
I have healed,
I everytime he run, I go through the most intense pain, the last was 3 weeks ago what I needed to heal last was my co-dependency it was so painful when I needed him and I couldn't get hold of him.
I went through it painfully and healed.
Now I feel centered, peaceful and Contentment. I'm feel happy and I don't feel like I need him.
Now he's going through it.
The best thing to do is to go through it don't force it, cry, scream, kick, do whatever you have to do to get through it.
Trust me it get better and you will find peace.

I was drawn here after so much conflicting information out there and some amount of journey already behind. I actually "spoke to this energy" just yesterday and thought that omg, I am not able to move on from this energy, how could I ever share my life with anyone else when this energy is around me all the time. I feel my twin around me, inside me, everywhere, all the time. When I concentrate on this energy, I get dreams, I get signs and synchronicities, I "see" him, I hear him, I vision him. I was in resistance for so long as many coaches are saying to detox, do not think about your twin, forget them ect. And this did not feel right at all. I have now chosen this path fully.

I love this perspective so much. It resonates deeply. This has definitely been my experience with my twin. When we meet he cant stop kissing me, reaching for me. He apologises sometimes and I have to tell him are you kidding me I LOVE IT so much! Like give me more! Never stop. I cant wait to see him again to enjoy all of that loveliness again! I haven't seen him in the physical for a while but I know we are being drawn back together and in a very lasting way this time. We both want this union so much, I cant wait!!! This third energy gives me life and makes me feel so alive and loved!

It feels like a magnet. Like they are destined to attract to me. At one point my entire body opened up and behaved like a huge magnet telling me that this energy was to attract him.

Love this...yes, I see my role and what I need to heal...it's being patient with myself and honoring myself. And being respectful and honoring the needs of my TF. To be honest, I KNOW I have needed to learn to be my own emotional support. This has only happened recently and who knows what else I need to heal! Also, since I've experienced so much poltergeist activity throughout my life, I had to learn to be and sleep by myself and know I was still safe (although I still sleep with a stuffed animal!)

Im in my twin flame yeah the connection is rare. It's like divinely guided relationship. There's a lot of synchronicity since we've meet. I hear his name everywhere. Everytime i asked for a sign specifically indeed always manifest to that person. Its like there's something or someone working behind between us. Respect trust understanding and honesty is always present in the connection. We both awaken that's why we are aware of the connection. And sometimes i asked him if he notice. what I've noticed and yeah he did to. All of the worries and doubts were slowly fades and im more in tune with my emotion. Because i can really feel him. Even though he didn't tell me what's going on. But i knew something went wrong. I just feel it. We are mirroring.

Thank you for sharing. And yes. This 3rd energy can be intense. Can you possibly do a video for the male DFs out there. Obviously fewer of us out there. But theres not to much content on this perspective. I was very much in my masculine frame my entire life. My 2nd reunion with my twin, made me start to balance the two.

The energy is very strong and as a very empathetic person I feel it. It takes a lot of strength to focus on myself solely and I can do it, and I do as much as I can, it's just that he pulls me back with his energy thinking of me. So I literally feel like I need to ignore someone who wants to show me love to function normally. It feels messed up.
