Having no motivation because you're depressed or deeply depressed and having no motivation because you're a bum are two very different things. It's easy to label someone but hard to truly understand everything they're going through and have endured. Everything else you stated is accurate though.

Ultimately if you let someone else's words define who and what you are.
You might be a manchild.
