Pro tip did you know you can airfry a whole chicken if you've got xl airfryer 1.4kg to 1.7kg size chicken airfry at 180c for 45 mins breast side down then flip chicken over and cook for extra 15 to 20 mins on 200c and also use some olive oil to rub on the skin comes out moist every time love your vids :)

You go girl! Do what's best for you! Always helps when you wake up motivated. I am the same with mackerel, but a good alternative is the tinned mackerel! On toast or sandwich is the one xx 😋 but you could do a whole tin in a salad, and they are flavoured all different. Probs in the section where you get the salmon in a tin. Hi Faye
Hubby and I did the keto diet and we each lost over a stone. You have to be prepared to cut out or cut down the carbs. Plus you don't feel as hungry on keto. Xx

I love your positively. Meal prep has changed my life, so much easier, less time spent in the kitchen and less snacking on crap. Im always using my slow cooker too, goes in in a morning, and it’s done by tea time and I’ve got 4 meals. You deserve a treat every now and again. Glass containers are much better. They last longer, and most can go straight into the oven too and save you money in the long run. ❤️
