The real problem with this Acer Swift Go 14 is the price — I just checked my country’s local Acer store and Amazon (where the only model available on both seems to be the OLED one)….and the price ranges between 1200 and 1500 Euros (in usd that’s between $1300 and 1630). Not convenient when you can get similarly-specced “premium” laptops from other brands for less than 1000-1100 Euros.

Would you recommend the OLED? Do I have to be concerned with screen burn or lower battery 🪫 performance?

@4:50. I'm wondering where do you get those information and how many people really had issues because of the upward exhaust? Costco has this in stock (the 16" 32Gb Intel 185H version) and I'm highly tempted to go for it.

Does it support third party chargers like UGreen? That stock charger looks outdated and inconvenient to carry around.

I have the version with 32GB LPDDR5X RAM and OLED screen and I love it, it performs very nicely, I think you can install another M.2 NVMe SSD( just below the fans and beneath the daughter cable), I don't mind the old looks of it but very excited with the new CPU i7-155H, anyway, very nice detailed review, thanks 👍👍

Dont use Davinchi free version. I dont support hardware media engines. All encoding and decoding will happen on cpu cores in free version.

Try studio version.

Hi, I just purchased this laptop with touch display. I have observed that the lower part of display near the Acer logo has a flex that is visible clearly.
Do I have to worry about this?

i did consider this laptop but i been trying to lead away from oled since of the potential burn in. bu other then that it looks loke descent laptop.

Sus on the thermals, my 13th gen intel swift go 14 gets unbearably hot when charging
