Jean-Claude Van Damme in the dancemovie "Breakin' - The Street Dance# from 1984. He is a dancing extra at the beach.
Sylvester were the "bad boy" in "Deathrace 2000" 1975. :)

Sylvester Stallone was also in the film "The Prisoner of Second Avenue" (1975) as a mugger who was chased by Jack Lemmon through Central Park, because Lemmon had thought that he had been mugged by Stallone.

Bruce Willis was also very briefly in The Detective with Frank Sinatra, notable because it's sequel was what eventually became Die Hard.

Mickey Rourke was in the movie 1941. In the tank behind Dan Ackroyd, John Candy and Frank McRae, no speaking lines. He can also be seen in the final scene standing on the slab after the house slid off the cliff.

I worked as an extra on the hideous tv show, Equal Justice, with Sarah Jessica Parker, before she hit the jackpot with Sex In The City. Debra Farentino was supposed to be the "star" of EJ, but Sarah had something special, and Debra faded everytime they played a scene together. It was fascinating to watch....
