Disable AutoCAD PDF Plots from Opening in Default Viewer

Donnie Gladfelter from The CAD Geek Blog, and author of AutoCAD No Experience Required shares a quick tip to prevent your default PDF viewer (Adobe Acrobat Reader) from opening up each time you create a PDF using the DWG to PDF.pc3 inside AutoCAD.

The option is "show results in viewer" nowadays. Uncheck that

I am using a adobe acrobat pdf when printing to pdf. But it always open the pdf that I printed eventhough I already un-ticked the view pdf result in the custom properties.

i'm running cad 2013, and have this same issue. unfortunately when uncheck the option for pdf opening in default and click 'ok', then re-open the custom dialog box it's re-checked. i've tried doing it through cad, outside of cad, re-boot, etc. no dice. is this a bug in 2013?
