Angeli, Jeter, and the lineman that wrestled back the fumble are the unsung heroes of this game

As a Notre Dame fan, PROPS TO PENN STATE. You guys played a HELLUVA game. Warren was as advertised as a complete mismatch nightmare. And Allen and Singleton were amazing. It's a shame anyone had to lose this game. All time classic. Can't wait for more matchups in this awesome rivalry.

I've been waiting for Notre Dame to win a game like this for 31 years and they've now done it 2 weeks in a row. This is a team of destiny. God bless GO IRISH from Lewistown pa. Would've been tough going to work today had PSU won 😂

Our back up offensive lineman and angelli were such keys to this game but again another total team win. Thats what it takes.

I hate to say this and it hurts me just to say, that loss to NIU was probably the best thing to EVER happen to ND. It’s the reason why they’re playing for a national championship.. NIU fans thank you for waking them up! You set a fire under the guys !!

I find it funny that Notre Dame won despite all the doomsday scenarios:

“What if Notre Dame gets down by double digits early?”

“What if Notre Dame can’t run the ball?”

“What if Riley Leonard has to throw the ball down the field?”

“What if Notre Dame loses the turnover battle?”

Marcus Freeman was like yea let’s introduce all of that and still beat PSU 😂😂😂😂

ND is missing like 8 starters and their best RB Jeremiah Love has been dealing with a knee injury and still made it to the Natty, that's wild.

Two OL players go down during the game, they played big boy Jagusah who hasn't played all year because he was injured before the season and he was a monster.

ND plays with a lot of heart and fight. What a season.

Best post game analysis I've seen from neutral or ND channels, you earned yourself a ND super fan, and college football lover sub. Keep up the good work

What a good podcast commentary on Notre Dame's play in this game! Thanks for your full comments on the game and your insight into the team.

No way PSU is the more talented team. I’m convinced people just hadn’t watched ND. I think ND just came out flat. They had a very short turnaround from the last game and they have a lot of injuries so players played a lot of snaps in that Georgia game. Georgia is also a super physical team to play on a short turnaround like that.

I graduated from Notre Dame in 1991 and grew up watching ND football. Notre Dame's heyday of the 1970s and 1980s was awesome. I rushed the field with other students on 1/2/1989 when ND won its last football championship. But in the 2000s on up, ND has been struggling post-season in big bowl games. I went to graduate school at both Florida and FSU and knew ND would lose in 2013 against Alabama. I was working at Davie, FL at the time. I didn't even attend any ND events for that game because I knew the outcome. But this year is different. We have a new coach. The NIU loss was ugly, but in a 12-team playoff there is NO UNDEFEATED TEAM LEFT. So, why not take it all? ND can win it again after all these decades. Wake up the echoes!

Freeman and his staff recognize talent and are great at developing it. These three- and four-stars are taking on five-stars and beating them. Recruits would be crazy NOT to want to play for him.

Great breakdown and thank you .somebody whos finally giving ND their glory and due respect. The future is bright regardless of how Jan 20th goes. But lets go Irish and take it.

So where are those Penn St fans that said they were gonna blow ND out ?

ND does special things in the HC's third year. This is Marcus Freeman's third year.

I predict the title game to be ND 20, Texas 17.
