The Dark form is by far the weakest form of the characters after their base form, the Dark does not increase their power, they simply get the ability to float and become more aggressive which slightly increases their physical strength but does not do anything else, the Chaos Form by contrast to the Dark does increase all aspects although I do not know the exact increase and both forms last more or less the same before turning off

The most current super shadow is 2006 and he was pretty weak in 2006 all the guy did was throw chaos spears. But super sonic in frontiers literally picked up a gigant sword he knocked down giganto and he picked wyvern and threw him. He was went through the end like it was nothing.
