For those who don't understand, If Woody draws his X in the middle top right of the main board, Darryl has to draw his O on the top right of the main board. If Darryl draws his O in the middle in the top right square, Woody would have to play his X in the middle of the main board. It's very hard to explain. V-sauce has a short on it, go watch it for better explanation.

technically he didn't win, he just won that square in the big grid.
to win you need to make a line using the big squares you claim.

If you don’t get it I’m pretty sure it’s like if the other person puts X in a middle box you have to put O in another middle square in a dif box you can’t just go randomly. If every box’s middle (or other) space is filled you can go where ever u want
