I actually think Frisk doesn't get enough credit for what they saw in the underground, imagine it being real and us seeing all of that, not the cute animation in the game. it's terrifying.

I think what's poetic about flowers defeat is that he easily could have taken frisk soul right at the beginning of the fight, but he was so sadistic that he just kept playing with and tormenting frisk, which gave frisk enough time to call on the other souls for help. So basically flowey defeated himself lol
