It's time to up my pizza game with the Gozney Roccbox. I have unboxed and done a first review and made my first pizza in the Roccbox. I love making my own Neapolitan Pizzas, so far I have been using my Weber Summit Charcoal, but have not been happy with the temperature I can get it up to and the pizza's have taken somewhere between 5 to 8 minutes to make. So I researched and read up a bit on alternatives and decided to get the Gozney Roccbox. Have a look and see what my thoughts are, spoiler; it has been a game changer 😉

Hey! I just got a roccbox as well and I really like it! I've got a few quick questions for you if you don't mind.
Is your stone snug in the oven or does it move around slightly?
Also does yours have a bit of exposed insulation coming up into the oven around the flame?

I've had my roccbox for 3 years it's good. Try fermenting pizza dough for 72 hours and use very little fresh yeast

Seems like it takes alot longer to heat than advertised.
