That Roccbox looks gorgeous, I have a dome and absolutely love it, need to get myself a better dough recipe though my balled dough tends to over proof very fast and becomes a nightmare to work with. Video was nice and simple, very pleasing to just watch a nice pizza being made :)

This is a bit similar to another question here, but how is the black color the metal holding up. I'm especially worried about the peel, whether there is any paint coming off of it?
