definitely harder than what it seems. I am going to take the test friday. there is really only 2 problems that I use a manuvering board on. right

Your speed over ground will be effected by the current and it's angle on the Vessel, so when you start your calculations, speed over ground as wel as course to steer will be unknown. How does this method work for practical use?
