Hi Mike, we run a hydraulic oil cooler kit for both our fans on our Bourgault air cart here in Australia. We live near the coast, so it’s a must have on all our air carts no matter what brand. Can definitely say they do make a huge difference especially with the fertiliser combinations we use now. But definitely fit a relief valve if you do fit a kit; we have had that experience of losing/blowing a return line hose, and then blowing the cooler unit apart with the pressure because the oil had nowhere to go. The kit we had installed were made here in Australia, and they are a pain to fit but do make a huge difference. Also helps with keeping the fertiliser flowing through the metering augers consistently. Also helps the tractor hydraulic oil temperature keeping a bit cooler, as with most newer units these days use a lot of hydraulic flow. And as an added bonus if you need to work under the bar for any reason, at least you get to feel nice and warm when the fans are running!😉. Hope you have a decent season there this year, you definitely deserve it🤞🤞

Hi Mike, you seem to have really mastered the technique of clearing those fertiliser distribution towers, your fingering ability is masterful & quite honestly a joy to watch as you plunge in & out, in & out, switching fingers as you thrust away. Short of adding some kind of moisture removal system to the already impressive intake towers there's very little you can do except keep working away with those fingers. Thanks for another fascinating video as the 23 seeding comes to an end, but looking forward to spraying & seeing how you're going to keep your nozzles clear & flowing freely. 😎🇬🇧

You might need the De-Humidifyingmatic Model 10, 0000 if that actually existed. Would be amazing and solve all your problems for I am guessing roughly 500k.
