1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) Black Pepper , or to taste
12 ounces (340 g) shredded Cheddar Cheese , divided (about 3 cups)
3 slices Bacon , cut into 1/2" pieces
1/2 pound (227 g) uncooked Sausage , removed from casings if needed
1 small Onion , chopped
3 cloves Garlic , minced
20 ounce (567 g) package refridgerated Hash Browns
1 Red Bell Pepper , diced
