Minecraft: Story Mode is an adventure game, by Telltale Games, set in a Minecraft world. It is a five-part episodic series that will take you to the Nether, the Farlands, the End, and beyond! You will drive how the story flows through the decisions you make: what you say to people (and how you say it), and what you choose to do in moments of thrilling action.

Players will control protagonist Jesse throughout the season, as portrayed by actor Patton Oswalt. Jesse and his group of friends revere the legendary Order of the Stone; four adventurers who slayed an Ender Dragon. The Order is the very best at what they do: Warrior, Redstone Engineer, Griefer, and Architect. While at EnderCon, Jesse and his friends discover that something is wrong... something dreadful. Terror is unleashed, and they must set out on a journey to find The Order of the Stone if they are to save their world from oblivion.

Available to download soon for PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, compatible iOS devices, and Android.

Minecraft: Story Mode was such a great game that it deeply saddens me to see that the game gets little to no recognition. It DESERVES to be recognized as a unique Minecraft spin-off. Yes, it does have its fair share of flaws, but that doesn't matter. It had an awesome antagonist concept, and had an interesting premise overall. The characters were surprisingly memorable. You got Jesse, Petra, Lukas, Ivor, Axel, Olivia, Reuben, the Order of the Stone, etc., and many of them felt surprisingly real to me. The story was also shockingly compelling and engaging, though it is far from perfect.

Another thing that deeply upsets me that the game gets WAY too much hate. It ticks me off to see people calling this a childish Telltale game for kids because it's based around Minecraft, but it's WAY more than that. If you are skeptical about this game, I HIGHLY recommend that you give it a chance at least. I also recommend ignoring hate comments until you try it out yourself.

Even though it does have writing flaws, as it does have a lot of questionable dialogue choices that the writers at Telltale have made, it doesn't make it a bad game. It still has a lot of moments that may get you engaged. Overall, Minecraft: Story Mode, both Seasons 1 and 2, does not get the attention it truly deserves, and... man... to see this game get delisted from stores last year is just plain heartbreaking. It doesn't deserve to get so much hate... 😔😭💔

Ah simpler happier times. This game will forever have a special place in my heart and it has helped me through so much. When Telltale went out of business I cried for weeks but now that Telltale is back all I can think about is the ever so slight possibility that Minecraft story mode will come back. So much has happened since that first episode came out. I was only in 3rd grade. I'm in 7th grade now and miss this game everyday. Love ya TellTale. Thanks for changing my life and childhood.

I like how people are apologizing to this game rn because of that movie trailer but about me i never hated this game always loved it

I love seeing things different!!!
(Note that some of these are fairly small things so it doesn't matter)

0:10 Petra didn't GIVE you the cobble, you had to get it from the chest.
0:17 When you're in the moving part there's a yellow line, but when he actually does the chop it shouldn't be there.
0:25 He never hands you a diamond, he scams you.
0:27 Look at Lucas in both frames. His design is completely different! This might also mean he had a complete different background altogether...?
0:31 Axel doesn't look through the shelves and states what he wants to steal. The same audio, however, is used in a different part of "Ivor's Basement"
0:36 Jesse doesn't find it on a table.
0:50 Axel never says that.
0:53 The bridge isn't made of clay.
0:55 Gabriel's line is never used.
1:06 That's not where they ARRIVE, that's where they go.
