Hi, as a tip. When you make your smoothie its better to earn it. See when i make my smoothie (mango, 2 banana, 3 strawberries) i usually earn it by a few sessions of passing a ball against the wall, few stretches and some jump rope. U will feel very rewarded. Other then that ur routine is very inspiring and i actually might try it myself, bye!

I am a girl living in Turkey and frankly, women's football is not very supported here. Last year, during the summer break, I was playing for the Inter youth team (I was in the men's group because it was a group consisting only of men). Of course, it wasn't a very friendly environment, but I wanted to play, then I broke my arm and my mother didn't want me to play. Later, no matter how much I insisted, they did not allow it. Since my school is very small, it is forbidden to play football and so right now I only do wall passes at home.
