basically minecraft like many games has its official game/launcher/servers, and there are free/unofficial servers that other people host and play the game on. For many games you have good ones, and bad ones. So like normal its up to the person to decide if they want to pay for minecraft and play on the official servers/launcher or play for free on unofficial/free servers. People host the game for different reasons, to have fun without playing for it, and im sure there are those who try to do bad things like get money or spyware on players. Some homework should tell you. But the last note, Tlauncher isn't even the official Tlauncher program, the original one is russian and is called something like T legacy or something like that. So just beware that using Tlauncher or such sites are not the official minecraft, its free/unofficial servers/launcher and illegally copied game.
