Kudos to David for doing it. Sometimes, we need our partners to step in and stop us before we say something that ruins our own reputations.

David's parents were working class, his dad was a heating engineer and his mum was a hairstylist. So yes he worked his way to where he is today. Good Guy

It doesnt matter if the producer was upset...they were in Davids home and David was doing right by his home.

I watched the documentary and when it came to that scene, I actually really appreciate David for doing that. I know it might have made Victoria uncomfortable and I am sure from her perspective that she was just trying to seem humble and relatable to those of a working class background, but honestly it is much more relatable & respectful of her audience to admit that yes she came from a more privileged background than David, and that for her the class divide made absolutely no difference in how much she's loves and cares for David & his family. She doesn't have to feel uncomfortable or ashamed in any way of her families wealth or success, for us of the working class we understand that there are always gonna be those who have "more" in life and it really does not bother us. It's not about envy or jealousy, most working class people are happy to be just that. What we do have a huge problem with, is those that have that kind of privilege believing or behaving as though their money & wealth some how inherently makes them better than or deserving of more than the rest of us. And fortunately that is not a vibe you get from Victoria, cause otherwise I don't think David would have married her in the first place if she were a snob like that.
