Sugar is the devil, for your skin, your figire and even your mood.
I've cut all added sugars and avoid any foods with hidden sugars in them, but I do have one treat a week (if I really want it) and a few on holidays (a couple weeks a year, on 2 separate occasions)

So true!Sugar is everywhere.I use cinnamon even in my coffee.What is healthy today?Every time when i go to buy food is dilemma.I like vegetables less and less.They taste like sponge and next day it is to be thrown away.Fruit too.I also cooking for my dog too but it’s hard to make right choice.Great video Dr.Rajani👏🙏🫶

I'm a week and 2 days off coffee and tea. I'm from the south and trust me, I like my stuff sweet. The worst are the headaches in the afternoon. But I'm gonna keep going.

I pay close attention to my health..but I am a sugar addict! I have to get this under control! It would transform my body life n health to eat whole foods only and none of that garbage.

Yes I reduced my sugar intake to 25grams. I had awful side effects, nausea, headache. It took 3 days to feel back to normal.

As stated in other comments, sugar is in everything. I do my best to balance my intake. I have not bought a bag of sugar in 20 yrs, I do not drink sodas. 8x's a year I buy 1 liter of OJ. I only drink once a month-malbec 1-2 glasses, I have a slice of cake once a month, I drink cappuccino 1-2 x's a week, and I eat bananas/blue berries in my 3.5% fat Yogurt 4x's a week. I drink plenty of water but our foods processed or not, makes it hard to completely remove sugar from our diet. I am fine with my current diet and will do my best to balance my sugar intake. Sorry if this comment was more detailed than desired.

Alright Dr. Rajani, I am reporting I cracked my decades long super addiction to Sugar/Candy Crack over the past several weeks. Now for the results, the puffiness under my eyes is almost gone, my friends have noticed my skin is more radiant. No I didn't howl at the Moon or go through hideous withdrawals or panic attacks, and a padded cell wasn't necessary, this time. Go Dr. Rajani!!!

I left sugar a few years ago as whenever I would eat white sugar it would cause me intense pain. So I was actually forced leave white sugar. And I don’t miss eating sugar at all. I am happy Without sugar.

It’s in everything, literally. Even fruit is bad for us. So hard on our liver. Basically all we can do is just try our best. Limit stuff. ❤ I’m still gonna have a snickers on the occasion lol.

So true, literally everything has sugar in it, you have to be so careful. Also go for fruits that are low in sugar such as berries, also good for anti aging.

I switched to the carnivore diet and it has helped my sugar craving greatly. Once a week I will have a diet soda. As a treat. Otherwise I drink mineral water. And I feel a hell of a lot better. No more brain fog. No wanting to take a nap daily after eating carbs LOL. I've had enough of that. Good luck.

I haven't eaten sugar for years & honestly I don't notice anything different- my skin & energy levels etc are the same. But if I do (extremely rare, on a holiday) eat something that has sugar, I get sleepy immediately and want a nap.
