BJP's Sambit Patra: How Can Rahul Gandhi Give Excuse For ISIS Formation?

Congress President Rahul Gandhi, in a scathing attack on the Modi government in Hamburg, Germany, said that if the Centre went on oppressing an excluding the minorities, then it may lead to an ISIS-like situation where insurgent groups can surface. BJP's Sambit Patra has now slammed the Congress, saying it was unfit for a PM-aspirant to justify the formation of ISIS.
