The lock screen edit features was already available for the last 4-5 years via the Samsung Good Lock app....they have just integrated into the main phone rather than a separate app.

Maintainance mode is seriously a gem for us. Last 3 months me I had to submit my phone for 4 times due to some reasons & everytime i was transfering my data & putting it back. It was seriously a headche.

The lockscreen editing feature is present in Samsung phone through Good Lock for a long time but the new is it can now be done from the lockscreen itself.

The major improvement I've noticed is the animation transition is better now. I could feel and see the difference in animation

Profile Focus modes were already there in Bixby Routines and Lockscreen mod is from Samsung's own Goodlock app.

Most of new features been available via good lock modules already since many months/years now.

Maintenance Mode is a must add feature for all devices, including Laptops. Many people have faced difficult with personal sensitive data loss. Kudos SAMSUNG.

Just a correction: You can't use photo stickers created by you in Whatsapp. You can only use it while editing photos.

1.)The lockscreen features was there via goodlock app
2.) Text selection was also earlier possible via bixby vision in gallery itself
3.) Focus mode was also there but now it has multiple modes in it.
4.) Maintenance mode is really cool feature which all brands should have.
5.) Drag and hold for shapes is definitely inspired from IOS.
Conclusion- i will not say these features are completely copied from IOS rather i would say that now these features are easy to access for normal users.
