I have this mark on my thumbnail, I tell my daughter all the time to be greatful for what she has, I do the same, I love learning these things of wisdom and learning, I beleive in everything that's been said here, I think mostly I needed to be reminded of the importance of all the little things and small steps that are so important, especially balance, self care, thankyou im so glad I took the time to listen, I have to say I struggle with change, I understand it, but so many changes have not been for our gd, I hope we can change that
