Being a Dumb Tourist On The Lifesteal SMP

I GOT ADDED TO THE LIFESTEAL SMP, which is a Minecraft server where if somebody kills you, they steal one of your hearts from your hotbar. There is just one problem: I'VE NEVER KILLED ANYBODY EVER IN MINECRAFT! I don't know how the PvP system works, so how am I supposed to survive during my first day!? Wellllllll something very special and secret was actually happening on the day that I joined, which meant that nobody was even trying to fight me...

I love how LifeSteal is one of the most violent, brutal and heartless (no pun intended) SMP on Minecraft and Squiddo is the COMPLETE opposite of that. I can't wait to see how this goes.
