Very clear! However, when sharing with Groups it is no longer possible to access the "Groups" easily under 9 dots. Instead you must scroll way down to bottom of 9 dots list, or alternatively, start typing Group name.

when you go into your docs drive and see all the docs you created, the document has a title, then below it it has three dashes, then next to that it has the symbol with two peoples head and shoulders what does that symbol mean?

This is probably a silly question but I am new to sharing documents and would love to know if when sharing one does it also give people access to any other documents I have on my Google Docs address? I hope that was a clear question.
Basically, I have about 200 documents in my Google Docs and I chose one to share with someone. If I share that one, can they see all my other docs as well?

I received an email asking me to review a document. I do not have a google account and when I tried to sign in I received the comment that I do not have permission to view file. Does one need a google account to view? The email was sent to my ISP email system.

I get no such dialog. The share drop down icon has a lock to the left of it and the drop down says copy link and under that Private only to me. Interface sucks.
