I’m a hybrid user. I use my Bullet Journal for planning and acting next to Notion. I think they are a bit the same, with the advantages you said in the video regarding Notion ;). When I need to focus on tasks, I use my bullet journal : less distraction of tweaking :). As Notion is better for long term things and tracking because I only seem to do the things if they are “in my face”. Thanks for sharing!

Obsessed with your videos at the moment. I'm working on increasing productivity for my personal life + business and your videos are incredibly helpful and real at the same time. Loving them, thanks so much :)

I've been mostly paper for personal, mostly digital for professional. Yes, I keep them separate. I have to. I still like my paper most. The idea of writing something down commits to my brain faster. But, I have areas where it fails regularly, and I don't like rewriting recurring/forwarded tasks. Notion seems like it would help significantly with that, but it also appears to be fairly complicated and could lead to a lot of procrastination. So I will probably be hybrid as I try to figure a better way to get what I need out of my system.

Wow. I really love the idea of using accessibility features to jump to a specific notion page. That is brilliant. Thank you so much for this video.

As i started studying now i really wanted to build me a system mainly to clear my mind and focus a lot more. In the past i didnt use any kind of system at all but now im really trying to build up a working notion system as im not that big of a fan of paper calenders. Ur videos are really helping me out with that topic and i just wanted to thank you now. Please keep on im loving ur vids!!

Just got to know about Notion when I bumped into your video searching for the best iPad apps. Trying it out now and it seems to be something I have been wanting for years.

I made a weekly calendar using a spreadsheet app. Each day has a different color. I have a list of important dates that I can import to each day! I also made a weekly to do list and space for reminders. On the back of the weekly planner I keep track of my health, meals, and fitness. I keep a rolling 12 months in my binder. I have special pages to keep track of my pet's records.

Many thanks for your videos, Simon! Just a quick note on the Matrix, which has been previously attributed to General Eisenhower.

I just started using a Paper journal, I used notion or my phone but I got distracted really easily and my ADHD ass was searching for 1000 ways to set your notion, I'm thinking on making hybrid with weekly task on paper and proyects on notion

I am also a hybrid but mostly on paper still - as notion is not so easy to get into … next week also starting a crowdfunding for a planner :) if you like I can also post the link

I use my iPhone calendar and reminders to plan my day/week. For me it's so easy, and I don't have to download or purchase a 3rd party app.

Does anyone know which video that discusses how to apply the tapping thing he talks about at the end of the video?
