How To Install AutoCAD 2023 Mac - On M1 Apple Silicon Mac

This is a quick video about how to install AutoCAD 2023 for the M1 Mac. This uses the Rosetta 2 translation layer in order to work and seems to install and open up files fine on the M1 Apple Silicon Mac.

hi, i tried to download and use it on mac m1, it was downloaded and installed successfully but it got stuck while opening and rainbow cursor occured, i tried opening fusion 360 also and it happened same with it also

i got the directory locked or have been set read only error. I gave the autodesk folder read and write permision but nothing works

I'm a Autodesk Maya-user on Windows - would love to jump to the M-series of Apple Silicon, but there isn't much on the internet on how well it works - Especially on the new Metal 3 layer.

A power-hungry intel laptop with a Nvidia card will beat it, but I'm more interested in if Apple Silicon is "good enough" when working on a battery powered laptop and all the advantages of that. Do you have any plans of giving Maya a go as well?

my AutoCAD 2021 works well on first launch, then it keeps popping up "License checkout timed out. What do you want to do?" when I launch it again, it's really really annoying, whatever version I use keeps encounter the same problem(2022, 2023, 2024), and none of the solution I found on the internet works including official solution.i am using a student education license.do anyone else encounter the same problem?
