I saved this recipe in my favorites for spring season.

I tried this popsicle and it was super yummy!

I make a lemon version of these.  1/2 cup of simple syrup (1/2 c. sugar +1/2 cup water heated then cooled.) 1/2 cup of lemon juice AND the zest mixed all together. Then add 3-4 cups of water.  Pour into molds. 

Yum, Yum, Yum not very much sugar at all.

These will be perfect when the temperature is above -5F.  I'm looking forward to making these 2-4 months from now.

For an interesting change try adding a banana or subing some mango with a banana..a little sweeter and tropical beyond belief..
