Essential Tips & Tricks To Starting Your FightCamp Workout
Your time is precious + your training is a top priority, that’s why FightCamp Trainer @ShanieSmash is here to walk you through her step-by-step process on how to start a FightCamp workout. With her help, you can optimize your routine and have extra a little ”me time” throughout the day.
What you’ll need:
◦ Punch Trackers
◦ Hand Wraps
◦ Boxing Gloves
◦ iOS Device for the App (iPhone or iPad & maybe a connection cable)
◦ Sweat Towel
◦ Water Bottle
◦ The FightCamp Gym
The process is simple:
1. Sign in to the FightCamp App and pick the class you want to take.
2. Put your wraps on.
3. Grab your trackers from the charger.
4. Activate your trackers.
5. Slide in the trackers in the proper position, curved side away from the body.
6. Secure your hands with the wraps match tracker to quick wrap, red is the right hand and blue is the left hand.
7. Get your device and set yourself up in front of the bag.

8. Start your class.
9. Glove up… you have about 60 sec to get your gloves on depending on the trainer.
10. Get to it!
